Making plans

ROAD RALLY!!

I'm spending spring break at home this year...

Re-energizing. Recuperating. Reorganizing.

And...planning for our Party of a Century.

My planning includes trying out various retro recipes. Dear friends are serving as guinea pigs for possible party entrees.

Fondue anyone?

Equally engaging is our Road Rally Scavenger Hunt planning. Party goers will be working as teams, driving to various locations important to Spokane's history, while solving clues and accumulating points. Through our research, we're learning even more about Spokane's history.

Did you know that Theodore Roosevelt visited Spokane several times and pronounced it "Bully"? Actually, that doesn't suprise me a bit. Spokane seems like Teddy's kind of place.
